Option A: The 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge
This program includes a comprehensive on site weight loss program for 90 days. The program includes a structured curriculum and provides expert guidance on weight loss, health, wellness, and prevention. Groups sessions are 45 minutes, held weekly, and are led by expert Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Kevin Grodnitzky, MS, RDN, CDE, LDN. Each workshop includes nutrition, behavior change, and physical activity guidance. The program will also include recommendations for food and exercise apps, recipes, hydration, nutrition for exercise, nutrition for health and prevention, nutrition for energy, and more!
Option B: The 90 Day Plant-Based Weight loss Challenge
This program includes a comprehensive plant-based on site weight loss program for 90 days.
