Yes!  High vegetable intake can assist with weight loss!

Why? NSV (non starchy vegetables) particularly, are high water, low in calories, good sources of fiber, help to bulk meals with low energy density.

They are also high micronutrient (vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients).
