How to live longer and healthier?

According to a 2018 study, those with rhe highest aerobic fitness, brisk walk, run, swim, bike etc., had a 5 fold reduced risk of mortality (dying) during the study period.

So, the stronger you are aerobically, the longer you live!

How to get started? Start slow and build gradually over the next 3, 6, 9, 12 months or more with any cardio you enjoy. Strive to go longer, faster or a combination that feels right for you.

I presently run 3 miles per day 4-5 days per day as my cardio. And…add walks whenever I can.

I started walking and gradually shifted to running, but any cardio is ok.
