I don’t have time..

Have you ever said that with regards to eating healthy, exercise, and doing the things you need to do to reach your health and weight loss goals? 

I don’t have time…

It’s a form of self sabotage.

If that thought comes to mind, I’ll say, how do you do the task (prep, pack, journal, exercise etc.) quicker, faster, more streamlined.

I encourage you to do the same.

Don’t engage with…I don’t have time.

Instead, problem solve and strategize.

My workouts can be as little as 5 minutes and as much as an hour or more.

In a 24 hour day, I always have time for 5 minutes.  No excuses.  I can strength train for 5 minutes and do 5 exercises 1 set each or 1 exercise and 5 sets.

I can prep a healthy meal in 5 minutes or less.

I don’t have time is a thing of the past.  Don’t buy it.  It’s not true.
