I have been working with Kevin since mid-May of 2022. With his advice and counsel, I have been able to lose nearly 40 pounds (now 60 pounds) after years of struggling with weight loss. My energy and stamina are better. The metrics (weight and blood pressure) look very good. I make better decisions about what and how much to eat. In addition to the one-to-one weekly video sessions, Kevin makes periodic group video presentations on timely and interesting topics.
With the holiday season soon upon us, I look forward to his continued advice. There’s no magic that will stop a bit of stuffing and mashed potatoes from hitting the dinner plate, but I am much better informed to understand the consequences and get back on track afterwards.

I struggled with my weight like many of my own patients. I was 30 lbs overweight in my 20’s, had excess belly fat, acid reflux, and high cholesterol.
I tried most diets at the time from low carb and a host of others. My weight went up and down and could not keep the weight off or sustain a ‘diet.’
Finally, after a few years of trial and error, I decided to go back to school and got a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and then became a Registered Dietitian.
I also developed my own health and weight loss protocol that I could customize for others that helped me lose and keep off the 30 lbs and reverse my high cholesterol, acid reflux and slim down the belly fat.
After now seeing 4000 clients for healthy weight loss, I feel grateful to have been on this journey and helped so many others.
