My name is Kevin and I am the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist here at Nutrition Coaching Center.
I struggled with my weight and health like many of my clients.
I was 35 lbs overweight, had excess belly fat and had high cholesterol. I didn’t eat healthy or exercise and my body and health showed it.
It’s been quite a journey. I tried various diets along the way, struggled with stress eating at times, and it really took time to find the right plan for me. All the cookie cutter diets never were 100% right for my body. It was about finding the right food, fitness and mindset strategies that I could create habits with. In addition to losing the 35 lbs, I also overcame naturally acid reflux, digestive issues, high cholesterol and excema. I also went back to school and got a Master’s Degree in Nutrition, became a Registered Dietitian, and became a Certified Exercise Physiologist. I read and continue to read the research and have worked with almost 4000 clients for healthy weight loss.
