“I would like to thank Kevin for all his help for the last 12 weeks. I started his program, wanting to lose weight, reduce my blood pressure and especially lower my blood sugar from my pre diabetes level. I’m a man in my 60’s who has never been on a diet (I like to call it a calorie reduction plan) my whole life. I followed the plan expecting to be constantly hungry and miserable.
