My Health Journey

My path to wellness was a bumpy one. I started out in my early to mid twenties 35 pounds overweight, low in energy, out of shape, and frankly, didn’t feel that well. Over the years, with a change to my health promoting diet, exercise, and behavioral strategies for weight loss, I was able to lose and keep off the 35 pounds, boost my energy and feel better! I’ll share my successful strategies with you to help accomplish your goals!
