Yes.  We offer telehealth, also known as virtual or telemedicine visits for all of our programs and services.  Telehealth saves time for travel and offers flexibility which many of our clients prefer.  You can use your phone, laptop, desktop or tablet for your telehealth services.  We offer video or phone for your nutrition sessions.  Click here to schedule a free consultation.

As a client of Nutrition Coaching Center, you'll work with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Diabetes Eduator, Kevin Grodnitzky, MS, RD, CDE.  With a Master's Degree in Nutrition, Kevin has the experience and training to help you reach your goals.  To learn more, click here for more information about Kevin.  

Yes!  We customize each clients nutrition program based on their individual needs.  Some clients have food allergies or intolerances such as lactose, gluten, oxalates or something else.

Others have food preferences and follow vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian or avoid red meat. 

Whereas other clients eat all foods including plant and animal foods with no restrictions. 

Others may want to lower cholesterol,  blood sugar or other outcomes and we individualize each person's recommendations based on their needs. 

Whatever your current dietary need, we will personalize your program to accomodate you and help you get you get the best results.

We take credit card including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as health savings or flexible spending accounts.  

We have two office locations in Maryland (Potomac, MD and Lutherville-Timonium, MD), in Northern, VA in Alexandria, VA and in New York City on the Upper West Side.  However, with the use of telehealth services, we are now seeing clients across various locations.  In addition, we can provide virtual nutrition coaching to the following states:

Yes!  Customized meal plans are offered to all of our clients.  Most individuals get better results with specific guidance and you'll receive specific options for meals, snacks and beverages.  No cookie cutter meal plans or just general information.  You'll receive a complete customized program including food, supplements (if needed), exercise guidance (if needed), and customized mindset strategies to help you stay on target.
