I met with my PCP to review my bloodwork this afternoon. I’m happy to share that many health markers, including my hA1c have improved.
Here are some of the more remarkable improvements from August 30th to now:
Total cholesterol: 173 mg/dL decreased to 163 mg/dL
HDL cholesterol: 57 mg/dL increased to 62 mg/dL
LDL cholesterol: 101 mg/dL decrease to 85 mg/dL
hbA1c: 6.3% decreased to 5.6%!!
