How to set up your environment for success?

Environment is key and create habits (not diets).

1. Create an environment at home, on the go, when traveling etc. where you have healthy food in front of you when hungry.
2. Create habits with shopping 1-2 times per week to have your home stocked with healthy food that is quick and easy to prepare.
3. Aim to have healthy options in the fridge, freezer, and cabinets at all times ready to go. Always have a simple, quick plan B option in the house during those times you need something quick to prepare.
