Goal setting is a crucial step in the process of attaining your health and fitness transformation. In addition to setting weight loss or other health goals, strive to also set daily mini goals to help you reach your desired weight loss outcome such as eating a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, and also exercising, food shopping, water consumption, and daily journaling for example.
