Habits or diet, what\’s best?

Our goal is to develop habits throughout the day and week. Habits such as prepping, packing, shopping, eating 50% fruit and veg, exercising, journaling, etc. We practice the habits throughout the day and week, and they strengthen over time. The habits become part of our routine and become easier to perform over time. We strive to maintain the habits. Creating habits are more powerful then short term diets. I have small, but powerful habits built throughout my day which powers my health and wellness routine. Build daily habits to power you towards incredible health!
