Wednesday tips of the day!

Tip 1: make sure to food shop 1-2 times per week to stock your home with healthy food! Take action and stock up!

Tip 2: Also stock up on fresh fruit and keep multiple fruit bowls on the kitchen counter as a healthy snack!

Tip 3: Have celery as a crunchy snack! Super healthy and low in calories, celery may calm down indigestion with a stalk or two. I find that if symptoms of indigestion starts to occur, I have some celery or apples and it often goes away! Have a healthy Wednesday!
