What is your expectation of your health, fitness, and self care? One goal is to begin to change our mindset and start to create new expectations for ourselves. We start to expect that we are a health and fitness person and that we are getting healthier and more fit daily! We prefer healthy eating and do the things needed to eat healthy such as shop and do simple, quick prep. We are persistent in reaching our health goals and make the time to get healthy food in front of us when hungry and exercise. This is the new you and the mindset and habits you are creating!
