What are your goals?

What are your heath, fitness and weight loss goals? Be specific, write them down and review them every morning upon rising. I review my goals on an iPhone note each morning. Setting goals and reviewing daily in the morning helps to keep us focused. Then lay out a simple action plans to accomplish them. Have a simple meal plan with exercise all scheduled into your day. Next, decide to commit 100% to achieving your goals, letting nothing stop you. Decide ahead of time that no challenge that arises will be your stopping point. When challenges occur you will move past them towards your goals!
