Persistence is one of the most important mindset traits when trying to lose weight and keep it off. No matter what challenges may come, those who are persistent reach their goals. Slips, weight loss plateaus, stress, medical, or other challenges, viewing them as opportunities to learn is key, not as failure. The only failure is quitting. Frankly, it’s all part of the process. Keep what works, discard what doesn’t, continuously moving towards your goals learning along the way. I had many challenges along the way towards losing 30lbs, but have always been persistent.
