Does eating healthy feel like deprivation or a benefit to your life?  Let’s avoid the diet mentality and instead embrace the thrive mentality. Instead of feeling deprived and restricted, strive to feel empowered, nourished, satisfied and choosing to eat in a way that is in harmony with your goals, while eating the healthy foods you enjoy most often! We eat for energy, vitality, a long life, disease prevention, fitness and wellness! Eating healthfully allows us to live a better life, not less of one.  I now prefer eating this way as I tend to feel better, have more energy and stay healthy.
