1. Have a clear image/picture of what you want. Your health, fitness, weight etc. and review 1 minute or more daily. Having a clear image of what you want with a strong intention to achieve it, helps us move in the direction of our goals.
2. Be persistent. Instead of an all or nothing diet mentality, practice a growth mindset learning from data, obstacles, challenges and slips making continuous improvement!
