How I lost 30 lbs and kept it off?

A personal update…


Heading to Cancun this month for a fitness conference…


…ok, not a bad place to spend a few days at a conference…I have never been there.


In my early to mid-twenties, I was 30 lbs heavier than I am today…


…eating fast food, drinking sodas, eating sugar and salty snacks,


eating for stress or boredom at times…I have come a long way, but always room to improve…


…down 30 plus lbs, exercise 5-6 days/week, strive to eat healthy and…helping others reach their goals as a Nutritionist/Fitness Coach…


…and at age 53, presently, no time like the present to strive to be the healthiest version you can be.


Back to the Cancun trip…I find going a little extra motivation to improve my fitness a bit…why not?


Certainly, any motivation you can use 365, take it and use it…I am motivated day in/day out for heart disease, cancer and stroke prevention…but any extra helps.
