…if we slip, next meal or snack, just get right back on track.
In addition, slips are opportunities to learn and improve….
…what would you do different next time you are in that situation.
Avoid shame blame and guilt and think strategy instead.
Continuous improvement over time, keeping what works and modifying what doesn’t.
