A research study showed that those with access to unlimited processed food (such as flour and sugar products), ate 500 more calories per day than those eating unlimited unprocessed foods.

Why? Processed foods cause more dopamine release (so we eat more) and we absorb more calories in our intestines from processed foods.

I definitely gain more weight when eating processed foods.

Real, whole, unprocessed foods are the way to go!
