Health and weight loss?

Why eat healthy? Ideally, to transform our health, have energy, feel great, prevent disease and live long and healthy, right?
When I ate much less healthy in the past, I had gastrointestinal issues, acid reflux, poor energy, high cholesterol and weighed 30 lbs more.
There were struggles along the way. Who’s perfect? I’m not. I slip from time to time. Next meal or snack, I get right back on track.
However, eating healthier with daily exercise eventually reversed all of my health issues.
It took time, dedication and persistence, but my body responded to eating a whole, natural and health promoting diet.
Aiming for continuous improvement over time (CIOT) instead of all or nothing (AON).
