How often do you typically food shop? How often do you NEED to food shop to stay stocked up?

Without enough of the foods we need to eat in the home, it’s unlikely we’ll eat on plan to achieve goals.

I personally need to food shop twice per week typically.

Setting time minimum once, but often twice per week is crucial to creating a home environment for healthy eating,

I always eat healthier when my home is stocked.

Sometimes my mind puts up resistance to go to the grocery store, not wanting to go out and shop. That’s when even picking up just a few things on a quick shop may overcome that resistance.

Take time to shop and invest in your self care.
