Telomere’s are the protective cap on the end of chromosomes that protect them and effect how quickly cells age.
Strive to exercise most or all days of the week.
Strive for at least 2-3 days per week of strength training or more and cardio 5 days per week.
Creating and maintaining habits are key so avoid acting on all or nothing thinking with exercise.
