Myth: You can’t lose weight when you are over 40
…I’ve helped hundreds of individuals ages 40 plus lose weight and keep it off.
As a matter of fact, age has less to do with weight loss than you think.
…other attributes are more important to losing weight then age.
• Your nutrition and total intake
• Physical activity
• What you drink
• A no quit mentality
• Strategic planning
• Ability to follow a plan
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Data tracking
• Avoiding self-sabotaging thoughts among others
I don’t even include age on the list of reasons that would make losing weight more difficult.
…if you are 40 and over, you can definitely lose weight, don’t even let age factor into it.
