First tip?  Strive to remove as much processed food from the home as possible.

What are processed foods?  In general, processed foods include ingredients such as added sugars, white flour products, and seed oils like safflower, soybean, cottonseed among others.

These foods are highly palatable, may over stimulate the appetite and are typically less nutritious overall.

If you can’t remove from the home, strive to put them out of site, out of eye level and stock your home with healthy alternatives .
