Our expert Licensed and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist can help you lose excess weight and keep it off! We specialize in helping patients lose 20 or more lbs. At Nutrition Coaching Center you’ll work with one of the foremost nutrition and weight loss experts in the field, Kevin Grodnitzky, MS, RDN, CDE, LDN.
Our weight loss programs are individualized with coaching to help you reach your goals! We'll teach you how to properly fuel your body for energy, health, and weight loss!
How will our Weight Loss Program Get You Results?
You’ll meet with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Kevin Scott Grodnitzky, MS, RDN, CDE, LDN for a comprehensive nutrition assessment. He’ll learn more about your health and dieting history, past successes and challenges with weight loss, eating and exercise habits, and any medications or supplements you may be taking. In addition, and most importantly, we'll talk about your health and weight loss goals and develop a comprehensive targeted weight loss program to help you achieve success! I’ll teach you the right mindset for permanent weight loss, what foods to eat, and how to exercise! It’s that simple, but powerfully effective. We recommend a starting with our 12 week weight loss program, as most individuals need about 12 weeks or more days to start to make lifestyle changes, and we’ll provide you with the information, support and accountability you’ll need to get the maximum results. We also offer follow up programs and sessions for ongoing support when needed. However, patients can begin with an initial one on one session and eval prior to committing to the 12 week program to learn more.
During our weight loss program, I’ll also provide targeted strategies to help you manage cravings and how to stay on track during trigger times such as traveling, holidays, night time eating, eating at the workplace, or other situations that may throw you a curve. You'll feel more confident about your ability to handle whatever food and exercise challenge comes your way!
